Job summary

Qualis1 Inc. is seeking a QA Lead/Manager with AccelQ experience for a remote, long-term engagement in the United States. The role focuses on running QA projects, communicating with BD stakeholders, and ensuring testing excellence rather than hands-on testing.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of testing understanding, can lead a QA program, and will participate in War Room sessions, project kick-offs, training, and reporting to ensure issues are highlighted and resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years in testing or deep testing understanding required.
• Must have AccelQ experience and be able to run QA projects and communicate with BD stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Run QA projects and communicate with BD stakeholders.
• Coordinate War Room activities and project kick-offs.
• Provide training when needed.
• Produce reports and highlight issues up/downstream.
