Crew Carwash is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to join a Glassdoor Best Place to Work. You will lead with safety as a core value, coach a team, and ensure top-quality customer service in a fast-paced carwash environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, delivering exceptional service, and completing maintenance tasks while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. This role offers growth potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Comfortable around moving mechanical parts.
