Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom training and line-of-business overviews.
• Credit analysis training and case studies.
• Work on projects with direct impact to the business.
• Build relationships with managers and peers.
• Rotational training across departments within the line of business.
• Receive 1-on-1 coaching with ACT management.
