Job summary

Avis Budget Group invites students to join its ABG Accelerate internship program in Parsippany, NJ. This 10-week internship offers exposure across departments,professional development workshops, and leadership insights while you work full-time to support talent and performance initiatives.

You will develop resources, benchmark best practices, and assist in learning and development programs, with opportunities to engage in inclusion initiatives.

• Active enrollment at college/university.
• Student completing their junior year working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week.

What you’ll do:

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Active enrollment at college/university

Skills you should bring to the table:

• Excellent analytical ability and great attention to detail
• Highly familiar with project management principles. Comfortable with developing and executing a project plan.
• Ability and desire to manage change and own communication between stakeholders
• An enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
• Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team
• Proficient MS Excel and intermediate Word and PowerPoint skills
• AI experience is a plus

The hourly rate for this position is $30 an hour.
