Job summary

OU Health seeks a Vascular Surgeon to provide direct patient care within the Surgery Physicians department and to participate in teaching residents, fellows, and medical students. The role includes supervising trainees and contributing to academic activities.

Board certification or eligibility in vascular surgery is required, with Oklahoma licensure anticipated prior to employment. The ideal candidate will have completed accredited fellowship training in vascular surgery and will work within OU

Qualifications

• Must hold or obtain the Oklahoma medical license prior to employment.
• Board certification or eligibility in Vascular Surgery.
• Completion of fellowship training in vascular surgery.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care as well as teaching and supervision of residents and fellows, medical students, and other trainees.
• Engage in academic activities and participate in departmental initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
