Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable managing high-acuity urologic emergencies in a hospital-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and emergency department urology consultations.
• Perform intra-operative consultations.
• Manage urgent and emergent urologic procedures and surgeries.
• Provide comprehensive care for hospitalized urology patients.
• Collaborate closely with other medical professionals.
• Participate in surgical quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• May supervise or mentor medical students, residents, or advanced practice providers.
