The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and tutoring/teaching experience, plus the ability to work with the target student age group. Tutors will lead one‑to‑one or small group sessions, maintain scheduling, communicate with families, and participate in outreach.

• Experience tutoring or teaching and ability to support student achievement.
• Experience working with the age group you wish to tutor is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Learning Place in the community and assist in student outreach.
• Represent the Learning Place professionally and adhere to policies.
• Manage tutoring appointments and communicate changes as needed.
• Maintain accurate time sheets and respond promptly to messages.
• Provide student support through one‑to‑one or small group sessions.
