Job summary

City Year is seeking an Academic Tutor and Mentor to serve in K-12 classrooms in Pickerington, Ohio. You’ll provide targeted academic support, small-group tutoring, and one-on-one mentoring to help students succeed.

You’ll work closely with teachers, track student progress, reinforce key concepts, and support attendance and behavior goals while engaging families and a diverse AmeriCorps team. Training and leadership growth are supported.
