Job summary

The University of Utah Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition is seeking an academic therapeutic endoscopist with a history of commitment to patient care, teaching and research. Areas of interest would include ERCP, EUS, EMR/ESD, Balloon Enteroscopy, Enteral access, POEM, Barrett’s ablation therapies and bariatric endoscopy.

The ideal candidate will have completed a 4th year of advanced therapeutic endoscopy training and will share our commitment and passion for patient care,

Qualifications

  • Eligible for a Utah Medical License.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology.
  • Experienced in advanced therapeutic endoscopy and academic medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care, teaching, and clinical research in GI endoscopy.
  • Engage in ERCP, EUS, EMR/ESD, and related procedures.
  • Collaborate with trainees and colleagues to advance access and quality of care.

Minimum Qualifications
