Job summary

The Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona is seeking an academic Surgical Pathologist with interest and expertise in Bone and Soft Tissue Pathology to join a large academic group practice. Strong diagnostic skills and subspecialty experience are essential.

The selected candidate will join a 26-physician pathology team and participate in education and research within Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Anatomic Pathology is required.
• MD/DO, MD/DO-PhD, or equivalent degree.
• Fellowship training in Bone and Soft Tissue Pathology or 2 years of subspecialty sign-out experience is required.
• Arizona licensure eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• The selected candidate will join a group of 26 anatomic pathologists in a department of over 40 physicians and scientists.
• Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to advance education, clinical practice and research.
