CHI Health Clinic in Omaha, NE, in collaboration with Creighton University School of Medicine, seeks an Academic Rheumatologist for a clinical practice with teaching duties.

The role combines outpatient rheumatology with bedside teaching of Internal Medicine residents and medical students, including grand rounds and lectures. 4.5-day work week, 1:4 on-call, and opportunities for ultrasound-guided procedures. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
• Nebraska license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA license in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• Proven excellence in clinical care and education.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient rheumatology care within a teaching environment.
• Supervise bedside teaching for Internal Medicine residents and medical students.
• Participate in grand rounds, board review lectures and medical school lectures.
• Perform ultrasound-guided procedures if desired.
