Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz in Aurora, CO, seeks a Research Services Professional (Open Rank: Entry/Intermediate) to support the ACCORDS cores with investigator consultation, training coordination, and research communications. This onsite, full-time role focuses on coordinating meetings, managing materials, and ensuring efficient workflows.

Responsibilities include assisting with training activities, preparing methodological resources, and maintaining documentation across two nationally

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• One year of professional experience supporting research administration or similar work.
• Substitution: education and related experience may substitute for degree on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning meetings with Core Directors, faculty investigators and planning committees.
• Support coordination of research trainings, events, and conferences.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops and research trainings (rooms, catering, travel, AV, virtual needs).
• Prepare presentations, training materials, agendas, and resource documents.
• Support Canvas communications and applications for certificate programs.
• Recruit participants and manage program materials and surveys.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and cross-core collaboration.
• Maintain research resource libraries and documentation for cores.

Education

Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, business administration, communications, education, social sciences, public administration, or a directly related field

One year of professional experience in research administration, research services, or related field
