Job summary

Morehouse School of Medicine’s Student Health and Wellness department seeks a Psychologist specializing in psychological testing. The role involves assessments to diagnose a range of conditions within the AUCC student population across member institutions, with collaboration across departments to promote student well-being.

The candidate will provide testing, evaluation, and consultation services to support mental health and academic success, including supervision of interns and coordination

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program.
• Licensed psychologist in the state of Georgia (or eligible to obtain licensure).
• At least two years of experience conducting psychological assessments, including ADHD evaluations and learning disabilities testing.

Responsibilities

• Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments for academic, behavioral, emotional, and developmental issues.
• Prepare comprehensive written reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with counselors, medical providers, and academic staff to support students.
• Provide supervision/mentorship to interns or practicum students as needed.
