Job summary

The University of Toledo invites applications for a full-time Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor to join the Department of Psychiatry, expanding our clinical, teaching, and research programs.

The successful candidate will provide direct patient care across inpatient, ED, neuromodulation services, and contribute to medical student and trainee education, while participating in clinical trials and scholarly activities within an academic health system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry; must obtain/maintain within three years from hire.
• Unrestricted OH Medical license.
• Unrestricted DEA license.
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical care and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and comprehensive patient care across psychiatric services (inpatient, ED, neuromodulation, limited outpatient).
• Participate in teaching, mentorship and supervision of medical students, residents and fellows.
• Collaborate in conducting clinical research trials and other scholarly activities.
