The Academic Policy & HR Coordinator provides support for the implementation and execution of campus and university policy and compliance activities, with special attention to Faculty Affairs. The role includes secondary support for HR actions and processes for the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor. Primary responsibilities involve managing conflict of interest and conflict of commitment disclosures, implementing required university and campus training, processing requests for academic leaves of absence, and supporting administrative searches, faculty recruitment, and retention initiatives. The coordinator should be familiar with Board of Regents Bylaws, policies, and related university documents. This position emphasizes excellent customer service to faculty and campus partners within a team-oriented environment that values individual strengths and talents.
