Jefferson Health's Moss-Magee Rehabilitation in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible PM&R physician to join an academic department. This role provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation within a nationally recognized program, collaborating with 36 physiatrists to deliver high‑quality patient care and advance the field.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient physiatry care with focus on general medical rehabilitation.
• Evaluate and develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans for patients with a broad range of impairments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes, independence, and quality of life.
• Participate in CARF-accredited program while maintaining patient safety and quality standards.
• Contribute to the academic mission through teaching, mentoring, and supervision of residents and fellows.
• Engage in clinical excellence, quality improvement, and program development initiatives.
• Pursue scholarly activities and research opportunities.
