Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in plastic & reconstructive surgery.
• Fellowship training in microsurgery preferred but not required.
• Surgeons with strong microsurgical experience are encouraged to apply.
• New graduates with an interest in academic medicine and resident education are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead redevelopment of an ACGME-accredited Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery residency program.
• Provide dedicated academic time for resident education, curriculum development, and mentorship.
• Maintain a busy clinical practice with immediate patient volume and active multidisciplinary referrals.
• Collaborate with a large health system to support residency growth and program resources.
