Job summary

The University of Chicago seeks exemplary physicians for its Genitourinary Oncology Program. This is a full-time faculty opportunity on the School of Medicine track, open to all ranks, with duties spanning inpatient and outpatient care at Hyde Park and network sites.

Candidates will develop a patient-oriented clinical research program to complement the GU research pipeline, participate in teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and engage in scholarly activity.

Academic Physicians – Genitourinary Oncology Program

Salary Range: Assistant Professor: $ 227,070 - $330,571 a year; Associate Professor: $271,409 - $383,563 a year; Professor: $314,566 - $457,784 a year

The University of Chicago’s Department of Medicine, Section of Hematology/Oncology, and the University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center are searching for full-time faculty members at any rank on the School of Medicine track. Appointees will be expected to deliver outstanding patient care and collaborate well within a multidisciplinary team. Appointees will have a mix of inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities at our Hyde Park campus and at network locations. Appointees are also expected to develop a patient-oriented clinical research program in their area of interest that will complement our existing GU research pipeline. Other duties will include the teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity. Academic rank and compensation are dependent upon qualifications.
