SLUCare Physician Group, a member of SSM Health, is seeking a full-time Academic Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine Physician to join the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine at Saint Louis University Hospital. Candidates must be BC/BE in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.

Sleep Medicine training, board certification, or eligibility is strongly preferred, as a dedicated portion of the physician's clinical practice will include Sleep Medicine.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• BC/BE in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.
• Sleep Medicine fellowship training, board certification, or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine.
• Maintain an active Sleep Medicine practice with evaluation and management of sleep disorders.
• 7 days on / 7 days off critical care schedule.
• Inpatient ICU and pulmonary consult services.
• Outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine clinics.
• Supervision of Internal Medicine residents and Hospitalist APPs.
• Commitment to medical student, resident, and fellow education.
• Participation in scholarly activities and academic program development.
