Job summary

Banner - University Medical Group in Tucson is actively seeking a Pediatric Pulmonologist to join an established academic practice. The role encompasses outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, and dedicated academic time, with opportunities to engage in clinical research and program development.

The successful candidate will hold an academic appointment with the University of Arizona and contribute to training medical students, residents, and fellows while participating in translational research

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Arizona medical license required by start date.
• BE/BC in Pediatric Pulmonology (board-certified/eligible).
• New grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical responsibilities shared with other faculty.
• Outpatient pediatric pulmonary clinics.
• Inpatient/consult service at Diamond Children’s Medical Center; call no more than 1 in 4 weeks.
• Academic time for scholarly activity.
• Call is taken from home.
