Elmhurst Hospital Center and Queens Hospital Center seek a full-time Pediatric Physiatrist who will join the academic pediatric faculty and provide ambulatory and NICU consult services in a joint Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation across both hospitals.

The ideal candidate is BE/BC with fellowship training, will need NYS license and DEA registration, and will participate in teaching and scholarly activities. Competitive salary with benefits and faculty distributions is offered.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation; fellowship trained Pediatric Physiatrist.
• New York State medical license and active DEA registration.
• Academic appointment at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai with joint duties across Elmhurst and Queens hospitals.

Responsabilités

• Ambulatory sessions at Elmhurst Hospital Center for 2–3 days per week.
• Inpatient NICU consults at Elmhurst.
• Ambulatory sessions at Queens Hospital Center for 1–2 days per week.
• Inpatient NICU consults at Queens.
• Teaching residents and medical students.
