Job summary

Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is seeking a full-time Pediatric Endocrinologist to join the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The candidate will provide inpatient and outpatient care, teach medical students, residents, and fellows, and participate in scholarly research and community outreach.

The successful applicant will join four full-time faculty within RWJMS, enjoy an academic appointment at Rutgers, and contribute to a large integrated health

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree, or equivalent.
• Successful completion of an accredited Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey.
• Academic qualifications appropriate for appointment at the Clinical Instructor or Assistant Professor level.

Responsibilities

• Providing inpatient and outpatient pediatric endocrinology care
• Participating in the division’s 24/7 inpatient consultation coverage
• Educating medical students, residents, and fellows
• Contributing to undergraduate, graduate, and continuing medical education programs
• Participating in scholarly, clinical research, and quality improvement activities
• Supporting community education and outreach initiatives
• Collaborating with pediatric endocrinologists across three regional divisions
• Contributing to the continued growth of the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology
