Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and eligible for state medical license.
• Residency in internal medicine or family medicine completed.
• Fellowship in palliative care completed or in progress.
• Board certified or eligible in Palliative Medicine by time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Practice in the areas of Palliative Care medicine.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient palliative care services, including at local nursing homes.

Education

MD or DO degree

Board certification/eligibility in Palliative Medicine
