Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible for an AZ State medical license.
• Active/Eligible ABMS certification in Internal Medicine / Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine.
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide clinical supervision and teaching for two fellows in training.
• Work Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with rotational weekend hospital and call coverage.
• Be part of an interdisciplinary team that provides excellent care.
