The Department of Surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance seeks a full-time academic Ophthalmologist to join our esteemed faculty. As a major training site for the Stein-UCLA Ophthalmology Residency and Fellowship Programs, and UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine, we offer a meaningful role in patient care, education, and research.

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of ACGME ophthalmology residency.
• ABO board-certified or board-eligible.
• Fellowship training in glaucoma or retina preferred.
• California medical license eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Staff medical students, residents and fellows in clinic and OR.
• Provide direct patient care; perform minor procedures and laser work as needed.
• Share after-hours and weekend call duties.
• Teach and collaborate with residency and fellowship programs.
