Job summary

AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is seeking a BC/BE Traditional ObGyn physician to join our growing Graduate Medical Education Team. This 193-bed hospital in central Florida emphasizes Whole Person care and a collaborative educational environment, preparing residents for advanced clinical leadership.

The selected candidate will share resident supervision, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in accreditation processes.

Qualifications

• Must be BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Prior academic medicine or teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Full-time role with split schedule for resident supervision, clinical work, and administration.
• Collaborate with Program Director on accreditation, recruitment, and curriculum development.
• Serve on program evaluation and clinical competency committees; mentor residents and medical students.
