Assistant/Associate Professor/Professor NT (Full-Time)
Nuclear Medicine Division

The Nuclear Medicine Division at UPMC and the UPMC/University of Pittsburgh invites applications for an academic nuclear medicine physician faculty position. The Division of Nuclear Medicine encompasses a broad and comprehensive program of clinical and research activities with state‑of‑the‑art facilities and exceptional faculty expertise to provide outstanding patient care, teaching, and research opportunities. The Division provides comprehensive diagnostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy services to the center's five main core hospitals in the city of Pittsburgh including the Hillman Cancer Center. Additional imaging services are provided across multiple centers across the UPMC network. MD degree, or equivalent. Must be board‑eligible or board‑certified by the American Board of Radiology and/or the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, eligible for unrestricted licensure in Pennsylvania, and have completed a Nuclear Medicine fellowship as required for ABR eligible/certified candidates.

  • In addition, dedicated didactic and clinical teaching is provided to ACGME‑accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program trainees and a dedicated PET‑CT fellowship.
