Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology.

Responsibilities

Key Highlights

This individual will have the opportunity to be a part of patient-centered comprehensive Movement Disorders program with an established and collegial movementdisorders group consisting of 4 MDs and an NP who specializes in DBS programming. The clinician will have the option of participating in DBS planning during monthly interdisciplinary meetings with neurosurgery and neuropsychology, DBS programming and injecting in botulinum toxin clinic. There is opportunity to work with trainees and medical students throughout the year both in inpatient and outpatient settings.

This position entails a faculty appointment at UMass Chan Medical School, which affords exceptional opportunities for professional development and promotion, and membership in the medical staff at UMass Memorial Medical Center, a large, integrated health system (UMMHC). UMMS and UMMHC combine top-flight clinical care with world-class research.
