Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill and premature newborns in the NICU.
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Participate in teaching, mentorship, and scholarly activities.
• Contribute to program development and clinical excellence initiatives.
