Albany Medical College invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the Division of Neonatology, within the Department of Pediatrics at Albany Medical Center. We seek an outstanding board-certified/board-eligible Neonatologist to join a broad clinical program focused on diagnosis, care, and management of newborns.

The Division supports a 60-bed NICU and collaborates with pediatric subspecialists, offering teaching and research opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist.
• Faculty position in the Division of Neonatology, Department of Pediatrics.
• Academic appointment based on credentials and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in neonatal clinical care within a comprehensive NICU program.
• Teach fellows, residents, medical students, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• Engage in scholarly activities including quality science, ventilator management, neuro-NICU, HIE and obesity outcomes.
