Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA is seeking a Musculoskeletal Radiologist for a full-time academic appointment at the Department of Radiology, with ranks from Assistant to Full Professor commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will interpret MSK MR and CT scans, perform MSK procedures, teach residents and medical students, and participate in research, conferences, and quality-improvement projects while contributing to education and clinical care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/MBBS degree required.
• Board eligibility or board certification by ABR or AOBR.
• MSK radiology fellowship completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Interpret MSK MR and CT scans, bone/joint x-rays, MSK procedures (joint injections/aspirations and arthrograms) and limited MSK/soft tissue ultrasound interpretation.
• Teach radiology residents and medical students.
• Participate in research projects and quality improvement projects with medical students and residents.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and educational conferences.
• Receive clinical and non-clinical incentives paid annually at the time of performance review with the Chair.
• Maintain on-site presence to collaborate with department members, while allowing for partial remote work.
• Weekday shifts run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Weekend on-call duties (Plain Film, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) are remote with home workstations provided to each radiologist.
• Additional opportunities such as moonlighting, academic time, administrative time, and a Section Chief role may be offered depending on experience and career aspiration.
