Job summary

University of Utah Health’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks a full-time, board-eligible or board-certified MIGS surgeon to join the General Division. The role combines building a clinical practice in the Salt Lake Valley with academic duties, including teaching advanced complex gynecologic surgical skills to residents.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completion of MIGS (minimally invasive gynecologic surgery) fellowship.
• Strong interest in surgical education and the ability to develop a full-time clinical practice
• Ability to obtain Utah Medical License.

Responsibilities

• Teach advanced complex MIGS techniques to residents and fellows.
• Balance clinical practice with academic duties and research productivity.
• Foster clear communication and teamwork across departments.
