Job summary

The University of Southern California invites applications for a fellowship-trained, board-certified MIS Gynecology Surgeon at the level of assistant or associate professor. The position is based at Keck Medical Center of USC and affiliated hospitals, with emphasis on developing the MIS Gynecology practice, outreach, and service-line growth.

Responsibilities include advanced hysteroscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures; outpatient and surgical care of complex Gynecologic patients;

Qualifications

• MD degree with completion of an ACGME accredited Ob/Gyn residency
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery
• CA medical license by time of appointment
• Comfort with advanced laparoscopy and robotic surgery (da Vinci)

Responsibilities

• Develop the Keck MIS Gynecology Surgery practice, including outreach and service-line growth
• Perform advanced hysteroscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures
• Office-based procedures and evidence-based medical management
• Consults and longitudinal care for fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic pain, AUB, and other benign GYN conditions
• Collaborate on care pathways, ERAS protocols, and quality improvement initiatives
• Engage in traditional scholarship and mentoring for academic promotion
