Job summary

Albany Medical College seeks a full-time academic fellowship-trained microsurgeon to join our Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The position offers access to state-of-the-art facilities and a competitive salary with comprehensive benefits.

The successful candidate will hold an MD or DO, complete a plastic surgery residency, be board eligible/certified, and obtain NY licenses. Opportunities exist for teaching, research, and contribution to our residency program.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with NY licensure eligibility.
• Completion of an approved Plastic Surgery Residency Program.
• Board eligible/certified in Plastic Surgery; DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Clinical breast microsurgery.
• Head and neck microvascular and general reconstruction.
• Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction.
• General reconstruction.
• Provider will be obligated to take on-call duties.
