Job summary

West Virginia K-12 Jobs seeks an Academic Interventionist to provide targeted support to 10th and 11th grade students in GEAR UP SWV. The role runs 8 days per month from October 2026 through May 2027, paying $200 per day, up to 56 days total.

The Interventionist will work closely with teachers, the principal, and the county curriculum team to analyze data and plan interventions. Candidates must hold a valid West Virginia Teaching Certificate and have at least five years of teaching experience.

• Minimum five years teaching experience.
