Qualifications

• Hold an MD or DO degree or equivalent.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care at UVA Health clinics in Charlottesville or Orange.
• Teach and supervise medical students, residents, and other learners.
• Participate in quality improvement, population health, clinical program development, or other scholarly activities.
• Attend the general internal medicine inpatient service approximately two to four weeks per year.
