Responsibilities

• Supervises Internal Medicine residents in clinic, providing real-time teaching in primary care and population health.
• Delivers comprehensive Internal Medicine care using evidence-based guidelines in a value-based setting.
• Collaborates with care managers, pharmacists, social workers, and other partners to coordinate care.
• Leads in quality improvement and ensures alignment with ACGME competencies.
• Participates in curriculum development and feedback for residents.
