Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Foundation is seeking an Academic Hematopathologist to join a dynamic team of 17 professionals. This role focuses on providing diagnostic and consultative expertise in hematology, supporting the expanding clinical services within the Section of Hematopathology.

Applicants should be board certified in pathology and hematopathology, with a preference for candidates having a minimum of 3 years of academic experience. The position includes working collaboratively in a highly integrated health system.

Qualifications

• Board certification in AP, CP, or combined AP/CP by the American Board of Pathology.
• Board certified or eligible in Hematopathology.
• Minimum of 3 years of academic experience preferred; recent graduates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and consultative expertise in bone marrow, laboratory hematology, and lymphoma services.
• Engage with advanced testing platforms including flow cytometry and molecular hematopathology.
• Collaborate within a highly integrated health system serving hospitals across Northeast Ohio.
