Qualifications
Valid New York State License, DEA and Medicaid number.
Responsibilities
Provide care in both Hematology and Oncology.
Comfortable treating hematologic malignancies and coagulation disorders.
Deliver direct clinical care in both in-patient and outpatient settings.
