SSM Health SLUCare Physician Group, the academic medical practice of Saint Louis University School of Medicine, is seeking a dedicated and academically oriented Hematologist/Oncologist to join our expanding Division of Hematology and Oncology.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree is required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology is required.
• Eligibility for Missouri medical licensure is required.
• Demonstrated commitment to academic medicine, teaching, and scholarly activity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care in hematology and medical oncology.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with specialists across the health system.
• Develop a clinical focus area aligned with division needs and candidate expertise.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows; participate in curriculum development.
• Engage in clinical, translational, or outcomes-based research and contribute to publications and grants.
• Participate in divisional, departmental, and institutional committees.
