Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a board-certified (or eligible) Hematologist and Medical Oncologist to join a dynamic, hybrid practice in Richardson, TX. The role combines clinic, education, and region-wide cancer care expansion with strong academic collaboration and patient-focused care.

You will work with a state-of-the-art facility and participate in tumor boards, conferences, and shared clinical trials while educating students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications

  • MD degree or equivalent from an LCME-accredited medical school.
  • Satisfactory completion of an Internal Medicine residency (ACGME) program.
  • Texas medical licensure eligibility; board certified in Internal Medicine and Hematology/Oncology (board eligible/border).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, comprehensive cancer care in a hybrid academic/community setting.
  • Collaborate with academic colleagues through tumor boards, research conferences, and shared clinical trials.
  • Educate medical students, residents, and fellows; participate in clinical trial leadership.
  • Support expansion of regional oncology services across the DFW area.
