Job summary

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Gynecologic Oncology at Stanford University School of Medicine seeks a fellowship-trained Gynecologic Oncology Surgeon to join our expanding East Bay Cancer Care Program. The position will be based at the Stanford Medicine - Sutter Health Cancer Center in Oakland, CA, a Joint Venture hub for multidisciplinary cancer care.

The successful candidate will establish a subspecialized clinical program with APP support and 24-hour hospitalist

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG).
• Fellowship-trained in gynecologic oncology and eligible for faculty appointment.
• Strong clinical, teaching, and research interests aligned with a subspecialty program.

Responsibilities

• Establish a subspecialized clinical program with APP support and 24-hour hospitalist coverage.
• Participate in the education of fellows and residents and in Stanford clinical research.
• Engage in multidisciplinary tumor boards, rounds, and teaching conferences.
