Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin’s Division of Geriatric & Palliative Medicine seeks a Faculty Geriatrician to provide geriatric primary care and memory care. The position is located in Milwaukee and the greater Milwaukee area, with ambulatory clinics and hospital/long-term care settings.

Clinically oriented with a strong teaching, research, and administrative component, this role offers mentorship in memory care, opportunities to expand academically, and potential for developing a geriatrics

Qualifications

• Geriatrics and memory care experience preferred.
• ABIM Internal Medicine board certification/eligibility.
• ABIM Geriatric Medicine board certification/eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide geriatric primary care and memory care consults.
• Evaluate and manage patients with memory disorders and advanced illnesses.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Collaborate in a team-based care model and pursue scholarly activity.
