Job summary

Adult Generalist Anesthesiologist position at OHSU in Portland, OR. Regular full-time faculty post with base salary range $407,648–$493,608, plus potential annual bonus, and flexible FTE. Qualifications

• Demonstrated competence in patient careand teaching.
• Fellowship training, for those interested in subspecialty care.
• Board certification or eligibility for board certification in Anesthesiology.
• Interest and expertise in research/scholarship/discovery.
• Doctorate in medicineand residency training in Anesthesiology.

Responsibilities

• Clinical: Care for critically ill and injured patients in the various anesthetizing locations throughout the OHSU campus.
• Education: Teaches trainees and support staff in their area of professional expertise.
• Research: May maintain a program of scholarly research activity directed toward improved understanding of diseases.
