Job summary

Penn State Health - Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, seeks a General Dentist to join our hospital-based team with a focus on comprehensive care and collaboration across disciplines.

You'll work with physicians, surgeons, and dedicated staff while educating students, residents, and fellows. Academic appointments at Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level are available, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Graduate of an approved General Practice Residency (GPR).
• Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with current Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care.
• Collaborate closely with dental specialists, physicians and surgeons across disciplines, and dedicated support staff to deliver hospital-based care.
• Engage actively in the education of students, residents, and fellows.
• Access robust research resources and support to advance academic and clinical innovation.
• Help shape the future of patient care while supporting our mission to improve community health.
• Academic appointment available at Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level, commensurate with experience.
