This position offers adiverse clinical practice that includes inpatient critical care,pulmonary consultation services, outpatient continuity clinics, andopportunities to develop specialty clinical interests in aninpatient and outpatient setting, while participating in theeducation of fellows, residents, and medical students within acollaborative academic environment. The division includes more than 20 faculty members and supports afully accredited Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship Program.Faculty benefit from strong interdisciplinary partnerships, robustclinical and research programs, and access to MU Health Care'sintegrated system of hospitals and specialty clinics. The divisionplays a key role in supporting a high-volume critical care service,including a 36-bed intensive care unit with dedicated nocturnistcoverage and limited backup call responsibilities.
