Job summary

Alliance Recruiting Resources is seeking a Family Medicine physician with OB to join an established residency program in Normal, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have Board Certification or be Board Eligible in Family Medicine and is encouraged to have teaching experience.

This position offers a mix of clinical practice (40%) and administrative/teaching duties (60%), with generous compensation and a vibrant community. Candidates with an interest in OB/Maternity care will find this opportunity particularly appealing.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Teaching experience with Family Medicine Residents and medical students preferred.
• Interest in OB/maternity care and teaching will enhance competitiveness but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinical practice with allocated time to assist the residency program.
• Participate in administrative, educational, curriculum, research initiatives, and teaching.
• Report to the Program Director and work with an energetic team.
