Job summary

The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolic Diseases at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Endocrinologist to join its clinical, research, and teaching mission in Charleston.

The successful candidate will treat a full spectrum of endocrine disorders, participate in a new joint endocrine/obstetric clinic, contribute to telemedicine initiatives, and teach fellows, residents, and medical students as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.
• Academic orientation with interest in teaching and outreach.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical endocrine care across thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, bone, gonadal and metabolic disorders, including diabetes.
• Engage in clinical research and education of fellows, residents and medical students.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to telemedicine initiatives.
