Job summary

University Health Associates in Morgantown, WV is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join the community faculty in our emergency department at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.

The successful candidate will participate in clinical shifts, teaching residents and medical students, and contribute to a department with a three-year residency and multiple fellowship programs. Board eligibility/certification in emergency medicine and WV license are required by appointment.

Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO degree and WV medical license eligibility.
• Residency in emergency medicine completed; board eligibility/certification in EM required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical shifts in the emergency department.
• Participate in didactic and bedside education of residents and medical students.
• Contribute to a department with a three-year residency program, multiple fellowship programs, and divisions like education, emergency medical services, pediatric emergency medicine, research, sports medicine, and ultrasound.
