Job summary

University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist for a full-time physician role. Qualifications

• MD/DO with an unrestricted Ohio license or eligibility
• Board certification in dermatology and dermatopathology
• Fellowship training in dermatology or dermatopathology
• Appointment commensurate with experience at the Faculty level

Responsibilities

• Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, diagnoses and treatment for a specified patient population.
• Evaluates clinical specimens from dermatology practices.
• Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate.
• Trains and supervises medical students and residents engaged in specialty activities and procedures.
• May manage the daily operations of a specific medical program, patient care unit, or research function.
• Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required.

Education

Doctorate Degree Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy with an unrestricted license (Required)

Fellowship Training in some specialties (Required)
